Chronic Fatigue Procrastination

Beating myself up with this:  Some projects, however keen I may be in theory, have been on the back burner for at least two months and this in turn prevents me from moving onwards and forwards because things are in the way!  So, inevitably things start piling up and my environment soon looks like a hoarder's nest rather than the zen den I crave.  Phew!  Just putting it into words actualy feels like progress.  Let us kill the beast!  No.  That's just not me.  Let us...  Make a start!  Okay.  Where?  Where do I start?  Oh...  No...  I just can't face this!  Wait:  Leave it and for a while, think about it -where to start; a small step that will enable me to see the next step, then the next one after that, then one more and hopefully some sort of momentum will take me out of this quicksand position.  Think, go away and think.  Timer starts at 9.30, 9th July 2023.  Take a photo of lounge 'before' and think...  Where's my phone?  Take a photo...  Already the obstacles start moving in!!!  Have a cup of tea, quick!  Everything will be all right.  Drink it.  Breathe.  Oh yes, use Tinnibot, that does help.  What else?  Oh...  So much to do, so little energy! Every little helps:

Every little helps-not, too:

Eventually I manage to make a record of the current war-zone...  One photo doesn't even cover it:

Oh, how I look forward to the After photo!

Right, so this is the plan, which only took just over 12 hours to formulate (much rest was needed today as I have been fighting a cold):

1 - Check that the lime bloom harvest is dry enough to place in a bag (been drying in thin layers inside four cardboard boxes piled up on my desk for the last few weeks...)
2 - Sort the boxes and place the ones to keep in a pile for painting/collage. 10th July 10.30

10th July, 11.00: MEDITATION (1 hr, Belleruth Naparstek)
11th July: Floored day after a night of coughing... :(

3 - Hoover. 15th July, at last!!!
4 - Sort yarns & place in boxes in the cabin bed drawers; place beads & charms in the same drawer.  17th July

5 - Take pictures of items for eBay listings; list them; prepare packaging.
6 - Start mending   July 23rd

7 - Painting boxes after collage, then varnish, then chairs & stools   August

8 - Rejoice and celebrate!  Post a video if the result is good enough...?
